This is just a short note to tell you how delighted we are with our land purchase, and that we have now finally moved into our new home in the Calypso Bay Estate.
We spent endless weeks, indeed months, looking at blocks of land that satisfied our need for a home on the water and in a location offering quick and direct bridge free boat access to the sea and local fishing grounds whilst satisfying our combined work needs of being a short and easy drive to both the Gold Coast and Brisbane.
Every other area such as Sanctuary Cove, Hope Island, and Sovereign Island were all part of our search, but in the end Calypso Bay and it’s surrounds cialis won the day for us in suiting our lifestyle and marine sporting interests with it’s unsurpassed easy boating access for fishing, recreational, and entertaining adventures.
The advantageous price point was important of course – substantially less than an
equivalent block we had considered at Sanctuary Cove – but price was not the only reason – the environment on offer was ultimately the deciding factor.
By the way, we are not what you would call avid bird lovers however, the bird life here is ‘unbelievable’ including the pelicans and daily visits of sea eagles, together with the frequent spotting of various marine water-life including sea turtles (how amazing is that!), fish, and other species here, is a joy!
Must also mention the fantastic and easily attainable ‘ at your doorstep ‘ menu of great fish, prawns and mud crabs which are now expanding our culinary endeavours!!
